How do I access FactSet?

All FactSet request have to have a ticket submitted. Darden students and faculty can go to the ServiceDesk or email servicedesk@darden.virginia.edu. To reset the accounts that has to be taken care of by the vendor support@factset.com (Note Factset does not work for Mac OS).
Once you receive a welcome email please download the Desktop version, this will include the Excel plug in. If necessary students can uninstall the web version of FactSet and re-install FactSet the desktop version.
