Where can I find information on mergers and acquisitions?

Bloomberg is available in the Capital Markets Room in Camp Library.
- Log on a workstation using Darden username and password. Follow instructions on placard next to workstation.
- After logging in to Bloomberg, Type MA and hit <GO>

- Darden users must create an account. On the Capital IQ page click on New User. Use your Darden email address but come up with a new password.
- Go to Capital IQ
- Select Screening and search by General Transaction Details.
- Alternatively, search for Investment Bank, Target, or Acquirer in search box. From the Left Sidebar, select Transaction Clients (for an Investment Bank) or M&A/Private Placements (for Target or Acquirer)

Factset
- Darden users may request an account.
- Open Factset
- Select the Screening tab and then select Idea Screening.
- For more information see Quick Start - Factset - M&A Deals.
- You must create an individual login using your Darden email address and a new password.
- On the left sidebar, open up the Company & Deals search; then select M&As and enter your search criteria.
Refinitiv Workspace (First time users must set up a personal account.)
SDC Platinum is available in the Capital Markets Room in Camp Library.
- Log on a workstation using Darden username and password.
- On the Desktop, click on the SDC Platinum icon. The login is LWS.
- Use the Mergers and Acquisitions tab
